    Sooo water weight and Very Low Calorie Diet? No one should be drinking 4+ gallons of water unless you are also consuming more electrolytes to make up for the imbalance. Glad you're not dead.

    i drink a gallon of water a day no matter what.
    drinking 2 gallons in 1 day for 3 days was not a big deal.

    I drink quite a bit of water myself, not quite 2 gallons but it's all about balance. You can die from over-hydration. Taking Magnesium and drinking coffee black for potassium can help with that, as well as an iodized salt/potassium mix to put on your food. I have done Ketogenic diet for almost a month before it just wasn't working with my life, I know what super low carb does and you need to really make sure you're not literally drowning your body with water.
