T25 Alpha

Those of you who have done the T25 program, when did you start seeing results? I am starting my 4th week tomorrow and cannot see any physical results yet (I did take before photos to compare).

I started at 56kg (123lbs @ 5'5") and have not lost any weight. I am so out of shape that each session I end up ticking "barely made it." I know weight is not much of an indicator but I see myself in the mirror every day and feel exactly the same as how I started (clothes fit just about the same).

I do not follow the meal plans as I tend to eat quite healthy 80% of the time. The 20% are my late evening crunchy munchies cravings that are ferocious. Yes, I will reach out for carrots or apples but somehow my body knows and continues to crave junk food (just at night).

By the end of week 4 with Jillian's Body Revolution I saw amazing results. Given that I am about to start week four of T25 Alpha and have yet to see any results is a bit demoralizing.
