I am a little confused. I have to eat 1200 calories and it shows me the break down of my excercise calories and my food calories but what is my net calories and example of -35 mean??

If you are given 1200 calories and you earn say 400 from exercise, but don't eat those exercise calories, then you would be at a net of 800. Thus, you want to eat your 1200 and at least a portion of said exercise calories.0

thank you man that is hard for me.0 -
Your net at the end of the day should equal your goal. You are either under eating or over estimating your exercise calories, or both if you are at a negative net.0
