Not really new.. But first post

hi everyone! I've been using MFP for awhile now but I've been on for a solid 65 days at this point and thought I'd introduce myself. I started using this app because I wanted to eat more mindfully. It wasn't until this January that I really kicked it into high gear. I'm not overweight in the slightest, but I knew I had to get healthy. I'm looking to lose just a few pounds, but mainly gain muscle and lose fat. I'm brutally honest on my log. I also cook a lot and have some really great recipes to share if you're interested. Feel free to add me! I do tend to swear a little tho so if you're offended by a cuss here and there, I'm just letting you know ahead. Thanks! -Kate
