caloric intake question...

Is it vital to eat all of your allotted calories in a day? I struggle with this most days even though I have shaved off a couple hundred calories from the app recommendation and have my activity level at sedentary and I work out most days and am a teacher (been sick so not much exercise in the past few days though).

    Eat what MFP recommends. Also, make sure that you are getting enough protein and fat/oils.

    If you want to retain a healthy metabolism and stop muscles going catabolic then yes its super important to eat you proper Cal intake to get all your micronutrients.
