    If you're determined to have shakes, just buy some protein powder

    exactly what threnjen said - it blows my mind that people spend the money they do on these shakes! I read somewhere a package is around $700/month then $250/month after that for maintenance - CRAZY!

    Who has that kind of money laying around!?! Holy crap!

    I firmly believe in losing weight in the manner in which you want to maintain it. If you want to keep paying for an over priced protein drink, so be it, but it's not needed to lose weight.
