Fitbit steps while pushing a stroller

where do you wear your Fitbit while pushing a stroller? Since your arms don't move while pushing a stroller my step count was off. I was thinking on wearing it on my ankle on pants loop.

I wear mine clipped to my bra. I have the fitbit one

belt loop seems to work or using my phone to start GPS tracking through the fitbit app
