Brussel sprouts, yoga, protein, oh my

Hello, my title contains three things I would like to experience/taste more of. I really try to love Brussel sprouts; maybe this year! It has been many years since I've logged onto MFP. I was nudged by a kind friend who is motivating people left and right. I eat well and have fun tracking my intake. My husband and I have always ran together in the past. I need his interest in cardio, or I will be starting without him. I am generally very active (as in not sedentary) but do not take time to exercise on a regular basis. Of course, I welcome this change!
