Energy level on E... Help!

So I started this lifestyle change about two weeks ago. Everything has been going great.... I'm eating ALOT better a excercising at least every other day. The past few days my energy level has been on E! I've been super tired. Can anyone recommend ways to boost my energy? Thanks!

    How many calories are you eating? Are you exercising and what is your per week weight loss goal? With 50 lbs to lose, you should aim for 1-1.5 lbs per week max and if you exercise, you shoudl eat at least 50% of your exercise calories. Also, open your food diary. If you aren't getting enough vitamins and minerals, you could have a slight vitamin deficiency.
