(picture) Pilates body.. a 2 month difference.

Hi, everybody. Although the change is subtle, I just wanted to share my result pictures taken early january and today after doing regular cardio, pilates, and strength training exercises! I'm amazed especially by how much it shapes your thighs and butt.

    I do see a difference in your butt and thighs! How often do you do Pilates? I want to start it but at the same time, I want to lose weight and Pilates really isn't a major calorie burner. I'm still trying to figure out that balance between cardio and resistance training and stuff.

    Thank you! : ) I try to do this specific video 2-3 times a week. It works so so good for your butt and thighs AND it burns about 150ish calories.

    Awesome results! I've been following Cassie Ho (Blogilates) for 2 months now and have lost NUMEROUS inches as well as pounds. Pilates really does lean, strengthen and tone the whole body. Love love love pilates! Keep going, you're doing amazing!

    I should mention that her workouts include the same as what you're doing, pilates strength and cardio.
