I do see a difference in your butt and thighs! How often do you do Pilates? I want to start it but at the same time, I want to lose weight and Pilates really isn't a major calorie burner. I'm still trying to figure out that balance between cardio and resistance training and stuff.0

Thank you! : ) I try to do this specific video 2-3 times a week. It works so so good for your butt and thighs AND it burns about 150ish calories.

Awesome results! I've been following Cassie Ho (Blogilates) for 2 months now and have lost NUMEROUS inches as well as pounds. Pilates really does lean, strengthen and tone the whole body. Love love love pilates! Keep going, you're doing amazing!0
