I'm 5'1 and currently 115 lbs, my starting weight was around 140 lbs. I think it has been a 1.5 years since I've started this weight loss/fitness journey. I lost the weight from doing Beach body programs Insanity and Chalean Extreme along with some workout vids from youtube. I'm currently doing Insanity Max 30 and just finished Month 1 this weekend.

I do feel a bit more toned after finishing one month of Max 30 but no changes in terms of inches or pounds lost. I'm wondering if this is as far as I can go in terms of doing cardio and body weight exercises and have been thinking a lot about starting weightlifting. In terms of my diet, I try to stay around 1400-1500 calories and get lots of protein while limiting my carbs.

I've included a pic below of my before and afterscayndth58wcz.jpg

I do not think you need to lose more weight. What is bothering you about your appereance? You look fit too. Are you sure your mind is not slow in catching up with how you now look ?
If your goal is to build more muscle, first you need to stop eating at a deficit, and then weight lifting is a good way to get there, same as several other activities, so pick the training routine or sport that interests you and you think you can commit to it long run. If what I am seeing is results from one month of body weight exercises, I am impressed!

You look good. You are what I would consider an "after" photo.

If you stayed how you are now, you'd be a success story.

Its up to you if you want to get all cut and shredded but you look great now.

Great work! You're doing awesome. If you're happy with your current weight, I would switch to more of a weight lifting-based exercise regime to work on body composition. Do that while you maintain your weight and you'll be reducing body fat while adding muscle.
