Whatever weight you feel comfortable at really. Just build to a point where you have a good amount of muscle and are happy with how you look.0

Look up a healthy weight chart and make sure it has the healthy weights for small medium and large body frames so you can truly pick your beat goal wight. When you get to the goal decide if you like it or I you need to adjust your goal0
