Hi, For years have kept generally fit until an illness prevented me from training for a couple or 3 years. Wanted to lose weight and did 12 months gym work with some running and lost nearly 2 and a half stones. Kept to a 2000 a day calorie intake. Well with the odd blip and reached a stage where I couldn't stop losing weight. Didn't like the look. So I consulted with a PT who changed my outlook on food intake and technique and I can't believe the difference it has made. So much so that I am actively now building for definition and strength and enjoying every minute.
It showed me that no matter how long you have trained or what you think you know about nutrition, especially those of us who were brought up on the notion 3 square meals, you can learn something new.
