From my highest weight, I've lost 60 pounds so far. Still have a ways to go but feeling better than ever. I've just recently taken up running and am up to running 30 minutes non stop. I'd love some tips from the community to stay focused- my mind checks out long before my body does. How do you keep yourself from going crazy? I'm also doing Insanity, Zumba, and yoga, so if anyone's looking to talk about those things I'm totally open to it as well!

Friend me if you're looking for motivation, I've got a lot of it :)
