291 to 274.4 as of this morning.....yay....i am very excited for this small loss....i want to be 150 so i have a ways to go....but I am very greatful for this amount....been dieting for a bit over a month now...i walk/run 5 days a week sometimes for 30 min sometimes an hour. I got this!!! SCREW YOU FAT BODY...and EMOTIONAL EATING..i am slowly beating u
