okay, so I am new to EM2WL, and I have started to up my calories. The one thing I am confused on is cardio. I run most of the time(4days/wk). It is something that I love to do, however I am noticing that it adds back a lot of calories on my long run days, so do I need to eat those back to at least my BMR, if so, any suggestions. I also incorporate weights 2 days out of the week. Also please add- I'm looking for friends with this new process.
