2nd time around

Hello, I am on my second round of trying to get healthy and in shape! The first time it was after I had my 1st baby which was amazing and very successful, lost around 30'lbs but then I stopped when I got prego with my 2nd baby and I am back in it! The biggest mistake is that I didn't make it a life style I did it to loose the lbs and then they fastly creeped up , it has to be a life long thing not just a weight loss, I am determine this time to make it part of my life so I can be in shape and healthy for my 2 energetic boys
