and im exhausted!! Did a 6 min warm up jog, then 6 intervals of a 15 sec hill sprint followed by 45 sec walk down the hill, then an 18 min jog home. I cant believe how tired I feel. I know that EPOC after HIT is supposed to burn more calories following exercise than standard steady cardio, but does anyone know if this difference is enough to even make a difference?

No - a small percentage of a small number is insignificant.
