    Up to 8 lbs in a week. Mainly due to hormone cycle, sodium content of 'yesterday's meals', lack of proper hydration, etc.

    I give myself 5lbs either direction but typically it's within 2-3

    Usually between 4-5 lbs, but I've been up as much as 9. I retain water like crazy. And during spring/summer when I'm riding 150 miles or so on the weekends in addition to my regular routine, its hard to eat enough not to drop a few lbs.

    My window is 135-140lbs. So far (3-4 months into this maintenance thing), I've stayed well within that window (136-138) with a one time blip up to 141 after Christmas feast (which all 4 lbs came off within a week--OOF, all that sodium, lol).

    Been maintaining for over 2 years. My average fluctuation is 2 pounds. If it gets above that and stays for more than 5 days, I dial everything way back until it comes back into range.

    Typically 2-3 pounds but I weigh in the same day, the same time under the same conditions 1 time a week (1st thing in the morning on Saturday). I used a 20 week maintenance average as my goal and try to stay within 1-2 pounds of that to account for normal fluctuations.

    So far, I've only fluctuated by ounces, after the cheesecake I just ate..that may change tomorrow.

    My maintenance fluctuation range is about 1kg, so about 2lb.

    I'm 102lbs and 4'11 so the most I would expect to see is 1-2lb tops.

    this is me right now. I'd like to lower my maintenance range by a few pounds though. my running efficiency greatly improves at a lower weight, so i'm slowly working on it.

    3 - 5lbs for me, I don't mind fluctuations, except when they stay at the higher end of my goal range for days at a time! but thats maintenance for ya, gotta take the highs as well as the lows.

    No, not usually as its mainly water weight from sodium/TOM etc, but if the scale is up persistently for more than a week then I reign in my cals until I see a lower number again.

    15lbs is a bit extreme, sounds like your actually gaining then losing, mine can be anywhere around 10lbs, which seems to depend on the weather, and also notice I fluctuate in much bigger range at maintaince than the weight loss mode.

    I'm usually within 3 lbs except for my TOM, where it can go up as much as 5lbs.

    Week is pretty much over, and this week I fluctuated from 60.2-60.8kg in the morning. Usually my weight is lowest on Saturday (second weekend day for me) and Sunday, and then rises slowly until around Wednesday.

    About 2 pounds, I attribute it to sodium right now, I've definitely noticed when I lower my sodium, my weight stays pretty steady at 103-104. But when I have more sodium it's more like 104-105

    I have a 5 pound allowance. However, if I continue to trend up or stay up for more than a few days, I dial back my calories a little to get within the allowance again.
