Not sure what to add to cardio...

hey everybody...just wanted to get some opinions/advice...so far I have only been doing cardio (zumba, bike and elliptical). I want to start adding in weights...what do you suggest for a beginner?

    This is the video that got me started. I watched this and wrote down all the exercises then went to the gym and did them. I made notes of what weights I used etc. I still do this routine now, almost 2 years later.

    I love strong lifts 5x5! Also, if your not sure how to do a certain exrrcise...go to bodybuilding.com and look for an instructional video. They have one for everything!

    If you prefer one on one instruction, consider picking a plan and hiring a trainer fot a single session. Just to confirm your form is right and to help you feel more comfortable in the beginning.

    You can do it! And I bet you'll love it once you do!
