struggling with goals

hello lovely people,
I've already lost 43kg in just under 2 years and just started to use my fitness pal , ive ran a half marathon and don't plan to do a full for a while (2 children), I still need to loose another 30kg approx. but im weight training too so the scales are always a bit up and down for me at the moment,
so I would love to hear some of your goals and what you do when you hit them

Hi louandizzy, please be aware that weight can have big fluctiations every day due to multiple reasons. I dont worry about weight that much, I have been around 85kg. for as long as I can remember. I let the mirror do the talk, and besides the mirror I only measure % body fat, and maximum weight lifter per move. This week I measure my % body fat and I had gone down 1% for the week. I did not do anything special I just enjoyed and posted it on Facebook to tell
my friends.0
