What if you come up short on Calories?

Im finding myself 300-400...or 500 Calories short for the day.
Usually ive consumed all my protein for the day, maybe minus 2.
What do you do? Wish this app had duggestions to finidh the day, lol.:love:

    Every time I come up short I smile. A lot.

    Are you full?
    Are you lacking ideas?
    How many carbs do you wanna consume?
    You can always increase your protein, but if you are full, a light snack will fill up that calorie slot.

    Eat more calorie dense foods.... a cup of almonds, 2 Tbsp. of Peanut butter, a glass of chocolate milk, etc, etc....

    If you have 1400 a day to eat and ou are 500 short, then that may be a problem...

    Walnuts are loaded w/cals I get 200 cals right there, for 1/3 or so cup.
    Dark Chocolate almond bars~Zone Perfect are amazing 190 cals. You will want two, trust me. I get them at Walmart.

    Kinda depends on what your base is.

    Today I ate 1,600 but am 1,000 short of my goal. I'm full, so I'm not too bothered with it. HOWEVER, if your goal is 1,200 and you're 500 short, you really need to eat.

    Go grab some pasta or peanut butter or a granola bar... something like that.
