My love for food

So I'm not new to myfitnesspal but I'm new to this community and am finding it very helpful! I have an extreme love for food and suffer from anxiety and stress most of the time and food is always there! I'm currently trying to get motivated and continue my weight loss journey. I'm hoping through the help of this community I'll find ways to deal with my stress eating and learn better ways to manage stress! I know I am not alone and dieting is very hard and stressful. I've lost about 65 pounds since March of 2013 and have managed to gain some back and loss it again! It's a constant battle but I'm trying to find a way to stay focused and start eating healthier!
