Anyone training for an event and looking for support and motivation? This group is for runners from all backgrounds and abilities. I'm currently using PiYo to help me reach my goals while training for my second Boston marathon and become a more efficient athlete, including increasing flexibility through dynamic stretching, strengthening my core, and preventing injuries.
