Hi my name is Sheri , I am a mom of a 26yr old 24 year old & a 4year old life is wonderful but my body has really gone though the stress test having my last love his soul 
so I need help losing my last 20lbs I have lost 10 on my own since jan 1st 2015 but I have plateaued and I am struggling maintaining the 10lbs loss , needing help to restart the loss , positive & striving
