Anyone that can answer a question about t25 Gamma, or advice? please :)

Ok, so I have completed alpha and beta and basically did the entire 10 weeks on modified. I started at 266, dropped 23lbs. I am way too heavy to do the workout unmodified at this point. I started gamma today and low and behold there is no modifier in speed 3.0. I had to modify all the movements, especially all the burpees. So my question is, should I go back and cycle through alpha or beta or both and get my strength up? Or just continue to do my best?
