Need a new diet plan based on your own needs?? I can help with any fitness and diet questions/advice you may have! I'm a student nurse and have been taking a nutrition class this semester so I hopefully can help out in any way by answering any nutrition questions

    Nurse =/= registered dietitian
    And you're taking one course...
    No thanks.
  • OOOOOH, so happy. One nutrition class, where do I sign up?

    Oh that's a sweet offer

    I think you may get a little hammered because lots of us go for the eat everything in moderation to your calorie defecit, across the week, try to hit / exceed protein and fat macros and don't consider any food bad

    Unless you're up for a robust argument based on your nutrition classes and did this on purpose of course

    I'm sure she is well intentioned. No need to dog her.

    Sorry I wasn't referring to your post. The previous two.
  • Well I know I'm certainly not a professional health consultant or dietician but I just want to share my love for nutrition and I'm in no way thinking I'm a registered dietician or anything. I just want to help people (who don't understand good nutrition) out with the basics.

    Care to give us a run down on the basics?
