Bike Riding?

HI,
Today I went for a bike ride, it was roughly 13km each way maybe a little over and it took me an hour, each way.
I put two 105 minutes (to be safe) of bike riding 'leisure' into the calorie tracker on mfp and it came up with a considerably different number to another option on mfp as bike riding 'light' one was 448 cals and the other 672, so basically id like to know what you guys estimate the calorie burn would most accurately be?
I wasn't riding very past but I did overtake some riders, so I wasn't riding as slowly as some, and there were some hectic hills but also lots of flat and down hills,
anyway, thank you for your help! :)

Check MapMyRide.com. Enter the route and the ride time; it'll give you a pretty good calorie estimate based on the distance and elevation..

If you were going about 8mph for two hours and there were some climbs, I would go with the higher number, 'leisure' riding to me means flat surface, not much (if any) effort, etc. Sounds like a nice ride!
