Hey everyone, I am new to my fitness pal and I am wondering if there is a way to change a macro setting? For example I am in a calorie deficit and the number it gave me for protein is WAY low. Im 228 pounds , in the gym weight training 5 days a week and this tells me i should have 91 g of protein. At that number I am sure to lose muscle thru this cut.
If anyone knows how to change a setting please let me know. Thanks
