Motivation, support and accountability

Hi all,

I have been logging here on and off for a few years. I have had some success but have put on around 7 kg since Christmas and need to get back on track. I want some friends on here to help provide motivation, support and accountability and I will try to give the same back.

I am usually good during the day and stick to my plan, but at night I nearly always overeat after dinner. I often feel so guilty that I don't log it and it is sabotaging my own goals.

Anyway, feel free to add me and I will try to help and support as much as possible :)
