So my title sums up both my weight issue and my sanity. I've dropped 14 lbs since sept and still have 10 more to go. The process has been stressful. Any words of wisdom would help.

Don't give up! Take things 1 day at a time & remember just 1 pound a month is 12 pounds in a year.
My doctor told me the hardest time to lose weight is over the Christmas season (weather you celebrate or not) and the summer, so congratulations on your significant loss during that difficult time.
Now is the best time to lose. Try spending more time outside. More the fresh air & sunshine always lifts my spirits.
Good luck0 -
Good Job stay focus and don't get frustrated. This is the best time of the year for outside exercises0

Thanks For The Vote Of Confidence. This journey has been rough. It seems like if I even slack a little on my food consumption or exercise I jump right back up in weight.0

And it happened. I got down to 140 and back up 6 lbs. Grrr now I have to drop another 10.0
