what is everyones weakness ?? mine is salt and crunchy food. I would take chips over a piece of cake anyday.... two years in and 74 lbs lost I still can not have those kind of foods in the house... I could eat a bag of chips if I let myself lol...so I just stay away from them and only occasionally buy a small bag of baked at the hospital where I work to satisfy a craving

Sugar all the way. Mostly I can satisfy my cravings with fruit, but every once in a while I just have to have a chocolate chip cookie :)

Sweets but I wouldn't really call them a weakness. I still eat them pretty much every day and havent noticed any negative effects. I just use up leftover calories at the end of the day with them and try to stay around my goal

Salty any day. When hubby has chips, I have 1. That's it, that's what 400+ days has showed me, I do have self control when I want to

Salt as well even though I like sweets too. Burgers, pizza, chips, fries...

I have really not eliminated any food from my diet completely because in the past I have learned deprivation is the surest path to failure..if I want something, I eat it, I count it, and I compensate in extra ways.. I dont ever add in my exercise calories but prefer to bank them for the weekend if I have an event, or go out to dinner with friends, have a few drinks, etc. but most times, I dont use them at all. Fries are a KILLER... but I do allow myself to eat them maybe twice a month. When I have a sweet tooth, I keep Dark Chocolate chip morsels around a have a few with some almond milk :)
