15 lbs in one month?

That's my goal!! How can I do it? 5'1 CW:138 now I've lost 15 pounds, last month. GW 118. HELP

The first week or two, most dieters lose a lot of water weight. If you only weigh 138 now, I'd say 5-7lb a month is more realistic. 2 or 3 months of dedicated effort would probably do it though. Good luck.

15lbs is a huge amount in a month for an obese person, much less someone at the healthy weight range. My advice is to aim for 0.5-1lb a week and not put such pressure on yourself for a goal that cannot be healthily reached.0
