I work 6 days a week from 9-5 and then I'm at the hospital with my dad until 9 by that time i eat and get ready for bed. Im only actually getting like 20 minutes of working out a day. The food part is getting easy but im finding it so hard to get a good workout any help?

That's great that you spend time with your dad. With so little time have you ever taken up running? It's certainly the easiest in terms of prep time and the calorie burn rate is super.1

try 15 min HIIT workouts.
Running takes time
Lifting takes time.
both require their own commitment.
I find when I'm REALLY Pressed for time- I go run 15 min of sprints- or a I do a HIIT based workout at home.
And I have to be honest.
There is a point in time in life where getting A workout is more significant and a better use of your time than getting "a good workout".
Generally I feel better after a dedicated workout- but certain things trump scheduled training- hospital ridden family and friends would qualify.
it's okay to just do SOMETHING to get the job done.
Being said- I would try to make time for at leaset ONE workout of your preference- a longer run- or a longer gym session- or one of each- it will go a long way to helping you keep focused and centered.
The other ones will help your body get through- but the longer one- if you're used to scheduled training will help your mind.0
