Anyone else out there with a FITBIT? I'm having the hardest time understanding why my exercise is at a negative all the time? Am I not burning enough? Also my calories burned never match? Any help?

MFP assumes you'll burn a certain number of calories in a day. Once you go above and beyond that the FitBit adjustment kicks in. If you're too much under you get a negative (unless you turn off the negative adjustment, which you can do if it bothers you).
The calories burned that it shows will be whatever you earned above and beyond what MFP assumes you'll burn during the day. S0
