Yoyo-ing realization

Hi, I'm a 31 year old Aussie girl that has struggled with weight issues since adolescents. At my heaviest (after the birth of my daughter) I weighed 96.5kg!! I'm 5'7.
About 2 years ago I started on a mind/body health journey to make me a better me. I joined a gym and found myself a trainer who taught me so much that I didn't know about diet. My lifestyle now consists of exercising daily (minimum 6 days a week for 1.5hrs a day) and eating a low carb high protein diet. After all these years and making such a change in diet I have realised how much my body and mind is affected by sugar and carbohydrates.
My mental health has improved immensely (I have suffered from anxiety since high school) and my physical health is great. I've dropped 2 dress sizes and Right now I weigh 68kgs (I can't remember the last time I was in the 60's) I'm Not where I want to be yet but this year is the year that I will get there. I'm loving my new lifestyle and all the positive changes that have come along with it.
