weigh lost i need hel sugestions

I been going to the gym for a couple of weeks now but i seen inted of losing weigt i stay in the seme or i again more any suggestions and how can i lose inted of gia weigh or estay the same spot i need to lose so wegth :\

    Same here. I got answer yesterday. I lost some weight then started working out. Then I gained weight fast. I was told that I started to build muscle in the muscles filled with blood and water in may take a little more time than others for my body to rebuild. Don't worry is water and blood retention in the muscles. Keep a calorie deficiency and keep working out he will get there.
