Going from no exercise how much did you start to bring into your life and what did you do?
Ie did you start walking first or going to the gym once then twice a week.
I have been adding walking, I have started to go to the gym for classes but I am mindful of not putting too much stress on my system due to cortisol levels.

I started with just walking, but i was extremely out of shape. Even just a 30-40 minute walk and legs and feet would hurt. It sucked. Took a good 2 months of that before I could finally go on a good walk and not be sore. At that point was when I finally started adding jogging. Now (about 9 months after I first started) I can jog 5 times a week without any real pain or soreness. Takes a while, but stick with it, and eventually it gets easier0
