exercise but not losing

I exercise so much but have not lost any-why is that?

    Weight loss is 75-100% diet. Exercise is for getting in shape. Make sure your overall diet in is in line.

    Yep, start keeping a food diary - eat the calories they set for you and eat back any exercise calories and the weight should start coming off.
