Can someone help just bought litre bottle of flavoured water it says 5 calories is that for the whole bottle or for every glass i have confused

    It should state how many servings per bottle - if it say's 1 serving then it's 5 calories for the entire bottle

    I would assume it's for the whole bottle. If it's one of the water enhancers that you squeeze into a bottle of water it could be five calories per bottle of water.

    Can't imagine a litre is just one serving but one never knows. The product information should tell you how many servings at 5 calories per serving.

    Per serving... usually measured in "squirts"
