What is an easy to follow starting program for a girl who never lifts weights?

Jamie Eason Livefit trainer is a good program. I'm on week 8 and I was a cardio nut before. Now I only do 2 cardio sessions per week.0

Starting Strength, Stronglifts 5x5 or New Rules of Lifting for Women0

Personally I like Stronglifts. Only three exercises per workout, so it's easy to learn form and the basics.0

Agreed. And there's a great group for women with lots of advice and the program explained (with out the testosterone filled description from the original author).
