my macro nutrients are slightly off , need some advice

I take in about 1580 calories , work out 5 days a week , 15 minutes jog , and about 90 minutes of weight lifting/training . Eating all the right foods at the right time , but I am 250 calories under my calorie needs , about 34 g over my protein daily intake which is set at 59:sad: g , 112 g under my carb intake which is set at 217 g and 33 g of fat intake which is under by 27 g ...

am I hurting my gains ...:sad:
