Hi guys and girls

I've been constructively working out for about 4 years. The hardest thing for me is giving up food, you know that good stuff... Fried chicken, mac and cheese, pizza - where you eat a good bite of something tasty.

I have come up with great ideas for meals where you have that "I just had a good meal" feel after. I also have great routines and tips for targeting specific goals and what to do when you'd rather sit at home with popcorn and a movie instead of running the treadmill.
