hummus is #1 veggie dip to me about 60 to 70 calories per 2 tablespoons

Salsa is a good dip for some veggies and is very low calorie. It's better on more than just chips! If the salsa is a bit too much/strong for you, measure and add some plain greek or regular yogurt to the salsa. The calories will mostly be the amount of yogurt you use...not many overall unless you go nuts LOL.

I've been buying Bolthouse Farms greek yogurt dressings - usually around 40-45 cals per 2 tbsp. Very flavorfull!

Greek yogurt, mashed avocado, diced jalapeño and lime juice! Like a really creamy guacamole. Its a great dip for carrot sticks, cauliflower or red bell pepper strips.

Plain not fat Greek yogurt (instead of sour cream) with a packet of hidden valley ranch mix.

This, except I use the Fiesta Ranch packet. It has a really nice kick.
