Hi. My name is Rhonda, and I am addicted to the Subway orchard chicken salad.

Me too! I love it as a sandwich or salad!

Cant go wrong with 6" honey oat, black forrest ham, no cheese, slightly toasted, all veggies except onion and jalapeno because for some reason they are always extremely hot!

This one isn't exactly healthy but I love this sandwich from Subway. I have been good though and got the Chicken Orchard instead the last 2 times I have gone.

6" Spicy Italian on wheat, toasted with pepperjack, all the veggies, and brown mustard.

My ultimate fav is the subway club on wheat or whole grain bread with spinach leaves, tomatos, green peppers and sometimes banana peppers. If I'm eating lighter I like their new orchard chicken sandwhich no sauce and no cheese.

I love chips and just get the baked ones or skip them all together. I usually drink just water and on rare occasion diet coke/pepsi

over here the wraps dont have less carbs than the breads - I think maybe even more. yet they pass them off as a "carb concious" choice. For a veggie 34.5g carbs vs 39.6g.

It may be different in the US, but those of you getting wraps because they're "less carbs" I recommend you check it out.

Anyway, I usually get a 12" veggie delite on wheat, with pepper. no dressings, no cheese. nom nom. 410 calories, 8.6g fibre, 1.8g fat.

Personally I don't find adding meats worth it - from a sodium point of view rather than a calories one.
