New to Fitness Pal & Need Support/Accountability

Hi I'm new to Fitness Pal. Recently diagnosed with some health problems requiring me to lose 54 lbs. I've never been a thin person or morbidly obese but have always struggle with my weight. Have been a yo-yo dieters for years never achieving my goal because I always quit before reaching my ideal weight. This time I've got to do it for my health I need support& accountability. I'm open for suggestions, new low-calorie recipes and exercise routines that challenge and raise the heart rate. My user name is my mantra Adjusting my Lifestyle. Doing this weight loss thing 10 lbs at a time. I welcome any & all cyber weight loss pals that are serious about the mission of losing weight!!!!!

    I'm a bit in the same boat! My weight went up without any lifestyle changes - 40 lbs. in about 2 months. I gotta get this stuff off my body!
