Had to share this. On a date night with my man this weekend, he told me my face looked just like it did on our first date! He has always been supportive of me and insisted I'm beautiful at every weight I've been, but this was a specific comment that made me feel so good! It just goes to show you - I've been doing a weight lifting program and haven't lost a lot of pounds but I've been able to wear clothes I haven't in years. Who cares about the number on the scale when you're confident in how you look and feel?
