Hi! This may seem like a silly question, but I've been reading a lot of forum posts and I see a lot of people talking about macro/micro stuff. I've done a little searching online but... I don't really get it. (insert blond joke here, lol)
Does anyone know where I can find more information about it? What the heck is it?
Thanks in advance!

Micronutrients. Vitamins and minerals are the two types of micronutrients.0

Macros is short for macronutrients. Carbs, fat, and protein.
Micros is short for micronutrients. Basically everything else, including things like vitamins A, B, C, D, K, etc. and all of those minerals your body needs like iron, calcium, potassium, etc.0
