FUPA before and after?

Anyone want to share pics of their lower stomach before and after? It's a problem area for me and I feel really discouraged that I might never look good in a bathing suit or underwear....

Lower stomach as in the pooch? I always figured FUPA was an enlarged, fatter mons pubis (right above the pubic bone, tends to have a bulging effect).

I call mine a FUPA too...or a kangaroo pouch, and it's ALL lower stomach (under the belly button). I'll show you mine in another 20 lbs! LOL It's shrinking, that's for sure. I'm super interested to see how it looks when it's gone!

I have a terrible lower belly pooch since having two kids. A few years ago I managed to get my weight down to 129 (I am 5'2") and the poochy area was then at least able to be covered with underwear or a bathing suit...It got down to the point where it was just basically loose skin....but now I have gained all my weight back with a vengeance lol...and the pooch has returned and is even bigger than ever....I sure hope it goes away someday....my tummy will never be pretty but at least if I can get down to where is isn't a huge pooch of fat hanging over I'll be content lol

Ugh. I feel your pain chickies...I have a poochy lower tummy from the 2 kids.
Mine was waaaay small and only barely protruding when I was about 112 # (I'm 5' tall).

I'll get back to you when I reach that weight again :ohwell: hopefully, it won't be too long yet...my current wt is 147. :drinker:

I can't post pictures at work, but my profile pic shows it fairly well. I've lost quite a few inches from that area. I'm not where I want to be yet, but I'm getting there!

I've always had a little belly pooch, even when I was at 110 lbs in high school many, many years ago. After having two kids and gaining a lot of weight, it got bigger and bigger. Now it is loose skin hanging that may never go away, but maybe get a little smaller as I exercise. Oh well, I'm not ever going to wear a bikini and so don't worry about it so much. If you find a remedy please let us all know because we all suffer from this malady.....:ohwell: :flowerforyou:
