Connect fit bit

hi! I can't figure out how to get my fit bit connected with my fitness plan. I keep trying but my steps aren't showing up. Just what I walked around doing with my phone in pocket. Ideas?

Major problems with fitbit at the moment. Mine doesn't sync either. I have disconnected mine till they find a fix. So annoying.
Have you joined the FitBit group? Lots of info if you wish to join.
